The Works did the UEFA Champions League Final event branding for Munich this year. It has a very Picasso/Cubist feel to it, especially with the blue colours, it reminds me of one of Picasso's pieces of a guitar player all in blue.

I must say after the Manchester Utd vs Manchester City game, I am not keen on blue right now, but I shan't bring football politics into this...!

Fantastic design, and the images below show how the branding will work across the deliverables, such as tickets, event entrance etc. I love how the colours have been used to create shapes which make up the whole image, for example the gradients in the blue have created a swoosh type shape for the 'footballer' on the right.

Final Plectrum

This is the design selected by the client for the plectrums. These will be printed on one side only.

Final Apron

This is the apron design the client selected this is due to the practicality of the colour black in a food environment and the size of the logo. The central positioning reflects the alignment on the business card.

Final Business Card (Front)

The client has selected this design for the front of the business card - he said it was simple but classy. To be fair this was the design I preferred - it stands out more, and reinforces the concept of independence.

Final Invoice

Using the letterhead I have been able to draw up an invoice for the client, based on the information they provided me. This looks a lot more professional than the first one.

Final Letterheads

This is the letterhead chosen by the client, as it is neater than the traditional address format. I have also included the registered charity number information at the bottom at the client's request. I have made this into an editable Word Template so the client can easily write into the format.

Current St Martins Practice Website

This is the current St Martins website, like the Burley Medical Practice site there doesn't appear to be any form of branding or logo. However, this is much brighter than the drab colour scheme of the other site. This site is more navigable and user-friendly, and even features the NHS logo.
It definitely will need revamping. Maya and I have decided to make a web proposal for Camilla.

This is a screen grab from the Burley Park Medical Centre, my old doctors in Leeds. The colour scheme is very drab, and there just seems to be too many links on the homepage! There appears to be no form of branding or identity either. What I can take from this however, is the content that should be on a practice website. It is interesting to see no form of NHS logo, and this is an NHS doctors.

Microphone Designs

As the coffee house will be a live music venue - it would be good to have the logo on the microphone - the bigger the better, especially for when the events may be photographed for publicity.

This idea has come to light after a recent chat about the deliverables I am to produce - the charity would like to run a coffee house run by young volunteers - it is to have a arts/music theme to display/show emerging local talent. The plectrum designs and colours have stuck strictly by the logo palette. The name has varied throughout as I often hear my client refer to the charity as Indie - but I equally like the I variations too.

Tea Towel Ideas

This was a deliverable I came up with, I have sent the ideas to the client and I am awaiting feedback. I thought it would be another way to expose the name. I will be most likely to stick with a black unless the client says different for practical reasons.

Leeds Student Medical Practice Website

The Partners

The Partners won a pitch to rebrand Wolf Theiss in 2007, they are an international law firm. The Partners had previous clients in the legal sector which may have been an advantage for their win.

The rebrand took a typographic focus with a strong, bold typeface representing the strong well established company itself. They needed to convey the attitude within the company aswell as the size and breadth of the knowledge - aswell as local knowledge and presence.

The design works really well across the range of deliverables, this is the brochure below:
