Maya pointed out I have been referring to St Martins as St Martin's Medical Practice, it is St Martins Practice - I am not keen on this lack of punctuation, there needs to be an apostrophe either before or after the S for it to be grammatically correct. Do you do whats correct - or what the client wants?!
It was stressed that the logos must work in black and white, so I have changed the colour settings:

I like the colour Maya has used, it suggests a clean clinical environment, and the hands give it a friendly approach.
