I attempted to create a visual of the 'open door' which Camilla talked about, this did not work. These ideas are either poor or too obvious.
With this set of ideas it looks more at the practice's values in terms of family, gender and diversity. I am keen to develop this, it could be a strong visual that everyone will recognise:
